Located in one of Denver's Historic Landmark-designated neighborhoods and just a mile from the city’s center, this two-story home perfectly balances modern updates with timeless charm. The project focused on preserving the home’s historic character while incorporating thoughtful improvements to enhance both its exterior and interior spaces.

To honor the property’s roots, I chose exterior colors that complemented the newly exposed brick, creating a cohesive and elegant look that tied the home’s heritage to its updated aesthetic. Inside, special care was taken to highlight the stunning brick wall by the staircase, maintaining it as a focal point that celebrates the home’s history.

Working in collaboration with the Landmark Preservation team, we restored the porch to its former glory and reintroduced a transom window above the front door—both of which added to the authenticity and historic charm of the home.
